Dr Hessam Ghasemnejad is a Reader in Aerospace Structures at the Centre for Aeronautics. His main research focuses on the experimental, analytical, and numerical aspects of stability and failure in composite structures under various dynamic loading conditions, such as impact damage and crash. The impacts of his research have developed technologies investigated in the awarded projects, which aim to achieve world-leading innovative productions and healthier environments by reducing toxic emissions.
